Sponsor's parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, partners, contractors, agents, shareholders and/or representatives shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "Sponsor's Related Parties." Except where prohibited by law, BVU and its authorized agents may collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and prize fulfillment. Except where prohibited by law, names and addresses (including email addresses) of individuals obtained during this Contest may be used for the purpose of soliciting the sale of a timeshare interest. Timeshare interests are typically offered at prices between [$7,200-$37,600]; inventory offered may vary. Official Contest Rules ("Rules"): NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. No payment or sales presentation attendance is necessary in order to enter or win this Contest. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is being offered to residents of 48 of the 50 United States (excluding ND and SD), plus residents of the District of Columbia; however, it is void where prohibited by law or where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Persons under 25 years old, employees of BVU, its affiliates, and each of their respective immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins on May 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST ("Contest Period"). Ways to enter: 1) share vacation photos taken at any Bluegreen resort on a public page on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter using the hashtag #LoveMyBluegreen and tagging @BluegreenVacations on Facebook and Instagram and @Bluegreentweets on Twitter. All entries must be posted or postmarked, as applicable, during the Contest Period. Entries in violation of these rules or that contain errors, are incomplete, mechanically reproduced or illegible (as determined by Sponsor) may not be accepted in BVU's discretion. Multiple entries are permitted, but only one (1) entry per person and per household is eligible to win a prize (i.e. each entrant and their household is eligible to win only one (1) prize). PRIZES: Two (2) $500.00 Visa gift cards will be awarded to each of five (5) winners. A total of ten (10) Visa gift cards will be awarded in connection with this Contest. All winners will be randomly selected on the Drawing Date (as defined below). Visa gift cards can be used anywhere in which VISA is accepted, see https://balance.vanillagift.com/#/cardholderAgreement for gift card terms and conditions. The total retail value of each prize is $1,000.00 per winner and the total retail value of all prizes to be awarded is $5,000.00. Estimated odds of winning a prize are 1:45,800; however, actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Prizes are non- transferable, not redeemable for cash and are subject to change without notice but may only be substituted with prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability as determined by Sponsor. PRIZE DRAWING: All prize winners and alternate winners (if applicable) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period in a random drawing on or about February 1, 2024 (the " Prize Drawing Date"), at BVU, 4960 Conference Way North, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Up to ten (10) alternate winners for each Prize may also be selected. Each prize winner will be notified by direct message and/or e-mail within approximately one (1) month from the Prize Drawing Date with further information on how to claim the prize. If a winner fails to comply with these Rules, cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of Sponsor's first attempt for any reason, fails to return the Liability Release (as discussed below) and, where lawful, the Publicity Release (as discussed below) to BVU within the required time, or fails to meet his/her obligations as set forth herein, the prize will be forfeited by that winner and an alternate winner who is subject to disqualification in the same manner as set forth above may be deemed the winner or, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the prize may not be awarded. Alternate winners (if any) will be selected in the order they were drawn. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted except by the Sponsor (and then prize will be substituted for one of equal or greater value). Prize is subject to change by Sponsor due to prize unavailability without notice. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (which among other things, release the Sponsor from any liability in connection with this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including the merchandise for which it is redeemed), as applicable. If a selected entrant does not return the Affidavit/ Releases within fifteen (15) calendar days of prize notification, or if a winner does not comply with the Rules, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be deemed the winner or, at Sponsor's option, this contest may be terminated with no (or only some) prizes awarded. All federal, state or other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants hereby agree and represent and warrant that: (i) entrant owns all rights in and to the photos and any accompanying text, graphics, audio, video, location information, or comments (“Content”) and/or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions from any and all other persons and/or entities who own, manage or otherwise claim any rights with respect to such Content; and (ii) Sponsor’s and/or Sponsor’s Related Parties’ use of the Content does not violate and/or infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third parties. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's acceptance of the prizes constitutes agreement for the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s Related Parties (i) to use the username, real name, photographs, image, likeness, statements, location or other identifying information such as biographical information, and city and state of residence, including but not limited to the voice of the winner, photographer of the winning photo, and all individuals in such photo in connection with any use of the Content for advertising, promotional and trade purposes on a worldwide basis (without review or approval by such individuals) and in all forms of media now known or hereafter discovered, and on the World Wide Web, without compensation, (ii) to use the username, real name, photographs, image, likeness, statements, location or other identifying information such as biographical information, and city and state of residence, including but not limited to the voice of the winner, photographer of the winning photo, and all individuals in such photo, in a photograph, video or other digital media in any and all of Sponsor’s and/or Sponsor’s Related Parties’ publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration, (iii) to edit, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Content for any lawful purpose and winner, the photographer of the winning photo, and all individuals in such photo waive any right to inspect to approve the finished product where their username, real name, photographs, image, likeness, statements, location or other identifying information such as biographical information, and city and state of residence, including but not limited to the voice of the winner, photographer of the winning photo, and all individuals in such photo, appears and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising for relating to the use of the photo. In addition to the foregoing, the winner, the 2023 photographer of the winning photo, and all individuals in such photo hereby grant to Sponsor and Sponsor’s Related Parties a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, alter and/or edit, display, and perform the Content in any manner in Sponsor’s sole discretion in connection with Sponsor’s and/or Sponsor’s Related Parties’ business, in any media formats and through any media channels. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry/play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries/plays by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry/play, the authorized account holder of the social media platform used to enter/play will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an account by the social media provider associated with the contestant’s entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized account holders. CONTEST CONDITIONS: Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Rules. Decisions of Sponsor and/or any independent contest judging organization will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules, the decision or interpretation of the Sponsor shall prevail. By participating, entrants waive any right to ambiguity in the Contest or these Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. The Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify any entries that the Sponsor believes in its good faith and sole discretion are fraudulent or otherwise improper or tainted (however, Sponsor shall have no obligation to identify such entries). Entries that include content that is deemed to be offensive by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion may be disqualified (however, Sponsor shall have no obligation to identify such entries). Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest and/or Contest Website, violates the Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted an online entry, the authorized account holder of the social media platform submitted at entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized social media account holder. Neither Sponsor nor any of Sponsor's Related Parties are responsible and will not be held liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify selected entrants. The Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate, cancel or modify the Contest or these Rules, in whole or in part, for any good faith reason, including, without limitation, typographical error or if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules or if it becomes technically corrupted due to non-authorized human intervention. Neither Sponsor nor any of Sponsor's Related Parties shall be responsible for (and none will be liable for): (i) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions or transmission failures of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors herein or in any Contest materials; (v) any innocent error or conduct in connection with this Contest; (vi) any good faith judgment or use of discretion; or any delivery/misdelivery of prizes. By participating, both (a) the photographer of the winning photo and (b) all individuals in such photo release, discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for any damages, injury or losses, to any person (including death), or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from: (i) participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activity, or (ii) the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, including any merchandise for which it is redeemed, as applicable.

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to these Details of Participation including, without limitation, the mandatory arbitration and waiver of class action and jury trial provisions found at bluegreenvacations.com/arbitration-waiver-language and terms and conditions of Bluegreen's privacy notice, which can be found at 2023 bluegreenvacations.com/privacy-policy. Additionally, you agree not to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore such exclusions may not apply to you.

COPYRIGHT POLICY: Sponsor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects others to do the same. It is Sponsor’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to remove Content from Sponsor’s social media accounts that infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998,the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, if you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, and you believe any Content residing on Sponsor's social media accounts infringes any person’s or entity’s copyright rights, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on Sponsor's social media accounts by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Sponsor’s Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described herein, Sponsor will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged Content from Sponsor’s social media accounts. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice"): (i) identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice - you will provide a comprehensive list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed; (ii) Identify the Content that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Sponsor to locate the Content, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the social media account where such Content may be found; (iii) provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address; (iv) include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice: "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).” and "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."; and (v) provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature. By participating, entrants you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Details of Participation or any prize awarded (if applicable) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Details of Participation nor the rights and obligations of any participant or Sponsor in connection with this contest/promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Details of Participation shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Details of Participation shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials or notifications and the terms and conditions of these Details of Participation, these Details of Participation shall prevail, govern and control.
