Bluegreen provides its Vacation Club members with the opportunity to manage their vacation ownership accounts via bluegreenowner.com (“the Owner Website”) for ease and convenience.  The Owner Website allows you to conveniently manage account information, make or change reservations, process payments and so much more.

Bluegreen recommends the following best practices to manage your account safely and securely, and to maintain your continued access to the Owner Website:

KEEP YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION UP TO DATE

Ensure that all methods of contact on your account are current and most relevant to your daily usage, including mailing address and phone number. This is critical to reach you in a timely manner regarding your account or upcoming reservations.

Your contact information can be updated by logging into bluegreenowner.com at My Bluegreen > My Account.

If you are unable to update your address online, please contact Club Services on (800) 456-2582 via the phone number associated with your account.

FOR YOUR ACCOUNT’S SAFETY AND SECURITY, WE RECOMMEND:

1. YOU UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD REGULARLY
• You may update your password on the Owner Website regularly at My Bluegreen > My Account > Change Password
• Always use a unique password that is not shared with any other online account you may have
• Use difficult-to-guess passwords that include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters, with a minimum length of seven total characters
2. YOU NEVER SHARE YOUR USERNAME/PASSWORD WITH ANYONE
• Sharing your username and password with the intent of allowing someone other than yourself or your co-owner(s) to log into your account is a violation of the Owner Website Terms of Use.
• Sharing your username and password with the intent of allowing external third-parties and unauthorized users to access your account is a violation of the Terms of Use of the Owner Website may result in suspension of your ability to access bluegreenowner.com.
