Premier Program Benefit Terms and Conditions Updated as of January 22, 2025
Eligibility
• Only Bluegreen Vacation Club timeshare interests and corresponding Bluegreen Vacation Club Points that are acquired with Charter Benefits from Bluegreen directly or through an authorized Bluegreen designee are eligible to attain Bluegreen Premier® status or for use with any associated Bluegreen Premier benefits. All timeshare interest(s) acquired through private transactions or unauthorized/undesignated persons do not qualify towards Premier status eligibility and cannot be used in conjunction with qualifying for Premier benefits. The points balances and purchase timing below determine Premier level:
†These point level requirements are effective as of January 21, 2025. Members that qualified for a Premier tier prior to these new point levels taking effect will retain their Premier status. The new premier point level requirements will apply to achieve a new premier tier. A minimum purchase requirement applies. Note, only points purchased with Charter Benefits are eligible towards earning Premier status.
- Members must be in good standing, meaning the owner must be in full and complete compliance with all of their owner/ member obligations in order to utilize Premier program benefits. Members must be current on all fees and dues.
- Benefits are strictly for owner use, not for friends and family use, unless otherwise indicated.
- Rental activity is prohibited. If a member is found in violation, this may result in termination of benefits.
- Unused benefits at the end of the calendar year cannot be rolled over. They will expire.

Program Terms
Benefits Terms
1. Bluegreen Rewards for a Qualified Referral Guest
- Bluegreen Vacations members will receive the following Rewards for each Qualified Referral that becomes a deeded Bluegreen Owner. For full details of participation please click here.
- Bronze members receive 75,000 Rewards per Qualified Referral
- Silver members receive 100,000 Rewards per Qualified Referral
- Gold members receive 125,000 Rewards per Qualified Referral
- Platinum & Diamond-eligible members receive 150,000 Rewards per Qualified Referral
2. Complimentary Traveler Plus Membership (Not applicable to members with HGV Max)
- Platinum & Diamond-eligible owners receive complimentary Traveler Plus membership each year their Platinum level Points are maintained.
- Ownership level will be reviewed in January of each calendar year for existing Platinum & Diamond-eligible owners to determine Traveler Plus membership eligibility.
- If a Platinum or Diamond-eligible owner is currently an active Traveler Plus member at the time of renewal, that owner's Traveler Plus membership will be extended at no cost for one year.
- Platinum owners receive all Traveler Plus benefits regardless of purchase date.
- If a Platinum or Diamond-eligible owner modifies their ownership which results in a downgrade of benefits, their Traveler Plus status will also be adjusted accordingly.
3. Priority Wait List
- Premier owners may be placed on a priority wait list prior to the reservation window opening for stays in any season for any length of stay:
- Bronze owners – placed on wait list one month before 11-month window opens.
- Silver owners – placed on wait list two months before 11-month window opens.
- Gold owners – placed on wait list three months before 11-month window opens.
- Platinum & Diamond-eligible owners – placed on wait list four months before 11-month window opens.
- The wait list DOES NOT GUARANTEE a confirmed reservation.
- Reservations are made on a space-available basis.
- Owners must have Points eligible in their account for the reservation they are requesting at the time the reservation window opens in order for it to be confirmed.
- Owners may have more than one request on the wait list.
- Owners will not receive a telephone call if the reservation is confirmed or denied.
- Owners will receive a confirmation email if reservation is confirmed.

4. Discounted Presidential Units/Concierge Suite Bonus Time Rates

5. Free Stays at Bluegreen Resorts during White/Blue Season
- Platinum and Gold owners must call the Premier Services Toll-Free number at 800-230-0149 to request a free stay during White or Blue season. Diamond-eligible owners must call the Diamond-eligible Services Toll-Free Number at 855-481-8273 to request a free stay during White or Blue season.
- Gold owners are eligible for one stay of up to 7 nights each year.
- Platinum and Diamond-eligible owners are eligible for three stays of up to 7 nights each year.
- The number of Free Stays resets the first of the month when Vacation Club Dues are billed.
- Travel must be completed within 12 months of reset date.
- This offer is subject to availability and standard Club reservation rules.
- Minimum stay requirements may apply and may vary.
- Available inventory and participating resorts may change without notice.
- Certificates may be used for guest stays but may not be redeemed for cash.
- Unused Free Stays may not be extended.
- Rental of a Free Stay reservation will result in termination of this privilege.
- Presidential and Concierge units are excluded from this offer.
6. Reservation Cancellation and Modification Fees Waived
- Silver owners may change or cancel up to three reservations per year in a timely manner without paying the usual $60 modification fee or $75 cancellation fee.
- Gold owners may change or cancel up to five reservations per year in a timely manner without paying the usual $60 modification fee or $75 cancellation fee.
- Platinum & Diamond-eligible owners may change or cancel up to 10 reservations per year in a timely manner without paying the usual $60 modification fee or $75 cancellation fee.
- However, all Premier owners must cancel at least 10 days in advance of the check-in date to prevent loss of Points for the reservation.
- Bonus Time reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the check-in date to prevent a charge of one night plus tax.
- All reservation types apply.
- This benefit is per ownership not per account.
- “Per year” is based on a calendar year.
7. Enhanced Owner Adventure Points for Travel Conversion Rate

8. Choice Privileges Points Conversions
- Bluegreen Premier Owners may convert their Bluegreen Points to Choice Privileges Points at any time prior to their Bluegreen Points’ expiration. A conversion fee of $99 applies for each conversion transaction.
- When Bluegreen Points are less than 8 months from their expiration, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum owners can convert their Bluegreen Vacation Points to Choice Privileges points at an exchange rate of 1:2 and Diamond-eligible owners can convert at an exchange rate of 1:3.
- Premier owners will receive an early conversion bonus when they convert Bluegreen Vacation Club Points 8 months or more prior to their expiration date as outlined below:
- Diamond-eligible owners receive an early bird rate of 1:15.
- Platinum owners receive an early bird rate of 1:10.
- Gold owners receive an early bird rate of 1:8.
- Silver owners receive an early bird rate of 1:6.
- Bronze owners receive an early bird rate of 1:4.
- Currently, the Choice Privileges point conversion process must be completed over the phone by calling 855-645-2210. Requests can be made during normal Club Services hours of operation. For current hours of operation, please visit bluegreenowner.com/mybluegreen/help
- To convert Bluegreen Points to Choice Privileges points, the converting Owner must be in good standing and a Choice Privileges member and provide an accurate member ID and last name matching the account.
- Only Annual, Biennial, TP Rented, and Borrowed Vacation points may be converted to Choice Privileges points. Saved Points and Bonus Points are not eligible.
- Choice Privileges points do not expire as long as the owner is an active Choice Privileges member, meaning there is qualifying Choice Privileges activity on the account in the past 18 months.
- At this time, there is no limit to the number of eligible Bluegreen Vacation Points that may be converted to Choice Privileges points.
- Point Conversion transactions are final. Once converted, points cannot be reversed.
9. Grand Yacht Club Charter Rate Discount
- Owner must be an active Bluegreen Traveler Plus or HGV Max member to access Grand Yacht Club benefits and discounts off the Charter Rate.
- Diamond-eligible owners receive 50% off the Charter Rate.
- Platinum owners receive 40% off the Charter Rate.
- Gold owners receive 35% off the Charter Rate.
- Silver owners receive 30% off the Charter Rate.
- Bronze owners receive 25% off the Charter Rate.
- Foundation owners receive 20% off the Charter Rate.
- All Premier owners should call Bluegreen Travel Services at 800-459-1597 submit a reservation request.

10. Premier Services & Diamond Toll- Free Number
- Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum owners have access to the Premier Services Toll-Free Number.
- Diamond Toll-Free Number is for Diamond-eligible Premier member use only.
- HGV Max members should utilize their dedicated toll-free number regardless of their Premier status. Please visit bluegreenowner.com/mybluegreen/help.

11. Standard Villa Upgrades and Presidential Suite Upgrades
- Premier Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze owners can request a one category upgrade based on space availability and Premier level as outlined below.
- Diamond: up to 15 times per year, after the 24-hour cancellation grace period, up to 11 months in advance of arrival
- Platinum: up to 10 times per year, 45 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Gold: up to 7 times per year, 30 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Silver: up to 5 times per year, 15 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Bronze: up to 3 times per year, 1 day in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Premier Diamond, Platinum, and Gold owners can request an upgrade to a presidential unit based on space availability and Premier level as outlined below.
- Diamond: up to 2 times per year, 45 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Platinum: up to 1 time per year, 30 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Gold: up to 1 time per year, 10 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date
- Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze owners must call the Premier Services Toll-Free number at 800-230-0149 to request a Standard Unit Upgrade or a Presidential Unit Upgrade. Diamond owners must call the Diamond Services Toll-Free Number at 855-481-8273 to request a standard villa upgrade or a Presidential suite upgrade.
- For requests made outside of the Club Services hours of operation (as noted on bluegreenowner.com), Presidential suite upgrades and other unit upgrades at participating resorts can be requested at the resort front desk.
- Standard villa and Presidential suite upgrades only apply for a Points reservation.
- Standard villa and Presidential suite must be for the same resort and dates, no exceptions.
- Only valid for stays of 7 nights or less.
- Standard villa upgrades and Presidential suite upgrades from an RV site are not available.
- Available at Club-designated resorts only. Log into bluegreenowner.com for information on Club resorts.
- Midstay upgrades will be assessed a housekeeping fee of up to $270, depending on resort and unit type. The housekeeping rate is subject to change.
- This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other upgrade benefit, extended stay or reservation discount.
- Owner must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
12. Extended Stays at No Additional Cost
- Diamond owners may request an extended stay up to 10 days in advance of their scheduled check-in date for a maximum 4-night extension.
- Platinum owners may request an extended stay within 5 days prior to the original check-out time for a maximum 3-night extension.
- Gold owners may request an extended stay within 3 days prior to the original check-out time for a maximum 3-night extension.
- Platinum and Gold owners must call the Premier Services Toll-Free number at 800-230-0149 to request an extended stay. - For requests made outside of the Club Services hours of operation (as noted on bluegreenowner.com), extended stays at participating resorts can be requested at the resort front desk.
- Extended stays only apply for Point reservations and are not available for Bonus Time reservations.
- The extended stay must be for the same resort and same villa, no exceptions.
- Same villa must be available. Relocating to another villa does not qualify.
- Only valid for stays of 7 nights or less.
- Available at Club designated resorts. Log in to bluegreenowner.com for information on Club resorts.
- Platinum and Gold owners must be checked in to request an Extended Stay.

- This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other upgrade benefit or reservation discount.
- Owner must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
13. Points Reservation Discount
- Diamond-eligible owners receive 30% Discount off Points Reservations when booking 60 days or less from check-in up to 3 times per calendar year.
- Platinum owners receive 30% Discount off Points Reservations when booking 45 days or less from check in date up to 2 time per year.
- Gold owners receive 30% Discount off Points Reservations when booking 30 days or less from check in date up to 1 time per year.
- Silver owners receive 30% Discount off Points Reservations when booking 10 days or less from check in date up to 1 time per year.
- This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other upgrade benefit, extended stay, or reservation discount.
- Diamond owners must call the Diamond Services Toll-Free Number at (855) 481-8273 to book a Points Discount reservation.
- Benefit is for owner use only, not for friends and family use.
14. Points Payment of Fees
- Premier Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond owners may elect to use points toward the payment of their Maintenance Fee and Club Dues instead of money (cash, check, credit card).
- Only Annual Points, Biennial Points or Borrowed Points may be used.
- Points can only be used to pay Maintenance Fees and Club Dues when they are billed. Points cannot be used to pre-pay Maintenance Fees.
- Transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
- Exclusions:
- Points payment of late fees or finance charges or penalties
- Points payments on accounts that have been sent to collections
- Saved, Bonus, or AIM Points are not eligible for this benefit. Please Note: Only points purchased with Charter Benefits directly from Bluegreen or through an authorized Bluegreen designee are eligible for this benefit. Rates are subject to change at any time and without notice.

15. Friends & Family Bonus Time
- Diamond-eligible owners may reserve up to four additional Bonus Time units for the same reservation period, five times per year.
- Platinum owners may reserve up to four additional Bonus Time units for the same reservation period, four times per year.
- Gold owners may reserve up to three additional Bonus Time units for the same reservation period, three times per year.
- Silver owners may reserve up to two additional Bonus Time units for the same reservation period, twice per year.
- Bronze owners may reserve one additional Bonus Time unit for the same reservation period, once per year.
- Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze owners must call the Premier Services Toll-Free number at 800-230-0149 to make a Friends & Family Bonus Time reservation. Diamond owners must call the Diamond Toll-Free Number at 855-481-8273 to make a Friends & Family Bonus Time reservation. This reservation can be made with or at any time after the owner’s reservation, subject to availability.
- Each date of Premier ’owner’s Friends and Family reservation must fall within the dates of the Premier owner’s reservation (friend’s reservation may be for fewer nights and in smaller unit types than the owner’s). Standard cancellation / modification fees apply.
- If the owner’s reservation is cancelled the friends and family reservations will also be cancelled.
- Standard Bonus Time reservation window applies.
- Rental use of Bonus Time unit is not permitted and will result in termination of Bonus Time privileges.
- Premier owner must be present, and friend’s reservation must be booked at the same resort and for the same time period as the owner’s reservation.
16. Direct Exchange for Less
- Direct Exchange transaction fees are reduced for Direct Exchange transactions.
- Diamond = $39; Platinum = $49; Gold = $69; Silver = $79; Bronze = $89
- All Premier owners must be active members of Traveler Plus and must have purchased/upgraded on/after July 1, 2006 to be eligible for Direct Exchange reservations or be an active HGV Max member.
- Direct Exchange reservations may be made up to eight months (240 days or less) prior to check-in for stays of seven or more consecutive nights. Reservations of fewer than seven nights can be made up to three months (90 days or less) prior to check-in. Choice Hotels reservations may be made 100 days prior to check-in.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Maintenance Fees, Club Dues, and mortgage and other obligations (ie. – special assessments and other fees) (if any) must be current.
- Standard Club rules apply to Annual, Borrowed, or Traveler Plus Rented Vacation Points used to reserve Direct Exchange resorts. Saved Points and Bonus Points are not eligible.
17. RCI Registry Collection (Not applicable to members with HGV Max)
- RCI Registry Collection is an exclusive benefit for Premier Diamond owners.
- Owner must call 800-445-0088 to book a reservation.
- The Registry Collection uses credits, Bluegreen points will be applied towards credits at the time of reservation at an exchange rate of 56 Bluegreen points to Registry Credit.
- Annual points can be used to book a full week exchange up to two years in advance. Saved points are eligible to be used up to 180 days in advance of the check-in date.
- RCI Registry Collection reservations require payment of the applicable exchange fee, by credit card only, to process and confirm the reservation. The current exchange fee for a Registry Collection reservation is $259.00 USD (subject to change). Reservation rules, terms and conditions are determined by RCI.
